Playtime at the Children's Museum of Phoenix.
This museum is 35,000 square feet of pure fun for kids and is designed for children up to age 10, although kids of all ages, parents included, will have fun here. the museum's marketing manager says their mission is "to engage the minds, muscles and imaginations of children and the grown ups who care about them". Play is the way that young people learn, which is apparent in every exhibit and activity at the museum. Whether kids are pushing their way through hundreds of pool noodles suspended from the ceiling in The Noodle Forest, creating something in the art studio, or role playing with other kids in "The Market", they are constantly at play. And the Book Loft features daily story times for kids to engage their brains and relax. If you live in Phoenix and or the surrounding cities of the Valley, you really must check out their summer activities. For more information, visit www.childrensmuseumofphoenix.org.
