Show Sunland Village Fine Arts & Crafts Show

Location 4601 E. Dolphin, Mesa, AZ

Date 7-8 November 2009

Time 8a - 2p on Saturday,

9a - 2p on Sunday

Set Up 2p - 4p on Friday, 6 November

Rooms are unlocked 1 hour before the start of the Show for set up.

Outside setup is at vendors' convenience, must claim space at least 45 minutes before Show time..

Cost/Space** 1 table $33 plus $10. deposit (separate check, please)

2 tables $46 plus $10. deposit (separate check, please)

10 X 10 space outside $46 plus $10. deposit (does not include a table)

Outside spaces are 10 X 10, bring your own canopy - Weights Only

**REFUND A Refund of $10 will be made to all vendors who comply with their

rules which include:

o White Sheet on every table + your other covering

o NO take down before end of show

Food Vendors Not this time, but possibly in future shows

Juried No, but request that All items must be hand made by the vendor and due to limited space, we try to avoid duplication of unique items. Pictures may be requested.

Electric On Request and limited. If you need electric, call early
