Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

1 Cup Sugar
3 Ripe Bananas
2 Cups Flour
1tsp. Baking Soda dissolved in 4 tabs. Butter Milk
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
½ Cup Butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/4tsp. Salt

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add mashed bananas, eggs, buttermilk mixture and dry ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips then pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserts in center comes out clean.

Tips:

Over-ripe bananas can be peeled and frozen in plastic container until it’s time to bake bread.
