Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
Rolls:
1tbsp. active yeast
2 eggs
¾ cup sugar
2tsp. salt
1 ½ cup water, warm
¾ cup shortening
7+ cups flour
Filling:
1 cup sugar
4tbsp.cinnamon
½ cup margarine
Glaze:
3 cups powder sugar
1/3 to ½ cup warm milk

Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, salt and shortening. Add water, milk, and ½ of flour. Mix well. Add yeast and mix until dissolved. Add remaining flour and more if needed until dough is soft but manageable. Knead 3 minutes. Let rise 30-45 minutes. Roll in two rectangles ½ inches thick. Spread with margarine and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up starting from long end, then cut into 1 inch pieces and place ½ inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Let rise 30-45 minutes. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Mix glaze ingredients to spreading consistency. Drizzle on cinnamon rolls when cooled.
