Crock-pot Kalua Pig

Ingredients:
4-6lbs. pork butt
1-2tsp.liquid smoke
3-4tbsp. Hawaiian salt

Directions:
Sprinkle salt over pork and rub salt into the pork. Place the pork in the crock-pot on high up to 6hours or until pork starts to fall apart. Serve when pork is tender and falls apart with fork.

Tip: Add other Hawaiian dishes and make it a theme night.
