Cream Cheese Crock Pot Chicken


Ingredients:
3-4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. cream cheese

Directions:
Place thawed chicken breasts in crock pot. Mix cream soups together and pour over chicken. Place on low for 8-10 hours or high for 6-8 hours. Once cooking time is complete, stir the mixture and you should have a creamy chicken gravy. Serve over steamed rice.
