Banana Shake

Ingredients:


3 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
3 Cups unsweetened grapefruit juice
1 Cup crushed ice
2 Cups lemon sherbet
3 eggs

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, whip until smooth. Add one or more supplements for additional health benefits: flaxseed, protein powder, and wheat germ. Check with doctor before adding supplements.
