Ingredients:
1 ½ finely crushed Oreo’s
3(8oz) pkg. of cream cheese, softened
1(14oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 Cup mini chocolate Chips
¼ Cup margarine, melted
3 eggs
2tsp. vanilla
1tsp. flour
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine Oreo crumbs and margarine; pat firmly on bottom of a 9inch spring form pan. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add milk; beat until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. In small bowl, toss ½ cups of chocolate chips with flour to coat. Sprinkle chips evenly over top. Bake 1 hour or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool to room temperature. Chill then remove from pan.
