B = Banana Bread

¾ C. of Sugar
1 ½ C. of Mash Bananas
¾ C. Vegetable Oil
2 eggs
½ C. of Gold Medal all – purpose flour
½ C. chopped nuts
1 tsp. of baking soda
2 tsp. of vanilla
½ tsp. of baking powder
½ tsp. of salt


Heat oven to 325
Grease lightly a loaf pan, 9x5x3 with shortening.
In a mixing bowl mix sugar, bananas, oil and eggs until smooth. Pour into pan
Bake until a wooden pick inserted in center of bread comes out clean, 60 to 70 minutes. Let bread cool for 10 minutes before serving. Makes one loaf
