C = Chocolate Chip Cookies

¾ Cup of Sugar
¾ Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Margarine or Butter, softened
1 Egg
2 ¼ Cup of Gold Medal all-purpose flour
1 Tsp. of backing soda
½ Tsp. of Salt
1 Cup of chopped Nuts
12 oz Bag of semisweet chocolate chips (2 Cups)

Heat Oven to 375
Mix sugar, margarine and eggs in a large bowl and combine. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add nuts and chocolate chips (Dough will be firm).
Scoop dough onto a cookie sheet using a tablespoon and space dough 3 inches apart
Bake until light brown, 8 to 10 minutes (center will be soft). Cool cookies for 5 minutes before removing form cookie sheet.
Makes about 48 cookies
